Who we are
A university incubator with an official mission
UTINC4.2 is the university business incubator of the University of Tipaza, Algeria.
An incubator attached to the university
UTINC4.2 is a unit attached to the University of Tipaza, operating under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and under the authority of the General Directorate of Scientific Research and Technological Development (DGRSDT).
An official founding
The incubator was established by the joint ministerial decree of 14 February 2022, published in the Official Journal n°23 of 6 April 2022.

Support and mentor university students and holders of innovative ideas, enabling them to become entrepreneurs with strong scientific and professional skills, and help them turn their ideas into successful startup projects.
